RETURN POLICY

If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1.   Eligibility

  • You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it in.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital downloads or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items, incorrect item shipped, duplicate charges, or item not delivered. No other returns are issued. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that are used, opened or damaged by the customer.
